3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Pay your order.

ZZYDigital.com is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable once work begins, unless ZZYDigital.com cannot deliver the agreed services.

  • Monthly or retainer services are billed at the start of each period.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.

5. Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

  • ZZYDigital.com retains ownership of all marketing strategies, reports, campaigns, and creative work until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables.

  • Clients may not reproduce, sell, or distribute ZZYDigital.com content without permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, strategies, and business data shared during the engagement.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • ZZYDigital.com will use reasonable skill and care in providing services.

  • We do not guarantee results such as traffic, leads, or search rankings due to factors outside our control.

  • Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of fitness or merchantability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ZZYDigital.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or profits.

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services.

10. Termination

  • Clients may terminate services as outlined in the agreement.

  • Fees paid are non-refundable once services begin, except when ZZYDigital.com cannot deliver.

  • ZZYDigital.com may terminate services if the client violates these Terms or engages in illegal/unethical behavior.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and disputes will be resolved in Indonesia courts.
